What We Do

Experiences Built Around the Brand, Not a Template.

No two companies, audiences, or objectives are the same. TCOL develops each experience around what the business is trying to communicate, celebrate, launch, or accomplish.

I

Brand Experiences

Product launches, client experiences, brand activations, networking experiences, celebrations, and custom gatherings designed to bring your brand into the room.

II

Corporate Events

Company celebrations, conferences, employee experiences, holiday events, milestone events, and special programming with thoughtful creative direction and execution.

III

Event & Concept Design

Creative direction, event design, 3D visualization, branded environments, venue transformation, and production oversight designed to create a cohesive experience from concept through execution.

Have something different in mind? Every experience begins with the objective, not a predetermined package.

More Than an Event. An Extension of Your Brand.

Your event should not feel disconnected from the business behind it. We consider your brand, audience, objectives, and environment before developing the experience then bring together the creative direction, partners, and production elements required to execute it.

The result is an experience that feels intentional, polished, and unmistakably connected to the company hosting it.

About

Meet the Creative Behind TCOL

For Candace Faulkner, TCOL has always been about creating experiences that make people feel something.

What began with thoughtfully planned date nights and marriage proposals grew into weddings, celebrations, and increasingly larger opportunities to transform spaces through intentional design. With every chapter, Candace’s approach remained the same: understand the vision, pay attention to the details others may overlook, and create an experience that feels personal to the people it was designed for.

As TCOL continued to evolve, so did the vision for what the company could become.

“I didn’t leave love behind. I simply discovered a new way to use it.”

Today, that same level of care and intention is being brought into the business world through TCOL Brand Experiences. Candace works with businesses, corporations, organizations, and brands to create events and environments that are not only beautifully designed, but connected to a larger purpose whether that means bringing a brand to life, helping a company connect with its audience, re-imagining how a physical space is experienced, or creating an event people genuinely want to be part of.

For Candace, this next chapter is about taking everything TCOL was built on connection, thoughtful details, creativity, and service and using it to help businesses create experiences that feel distinctly their own.

Visualization

See It Before You Experience It.

TCOL uses 3D visualization and digital concept development to help clients understand the proposed environment before production begins. This creates stronger alignment, more confident decisions, and a clearer path from concept to execution.

Dental Practice Transformation

Following a change in ownership, the client wanted the practice to feel distinctly her own—not simply like another dental office. TCOL developed a warm, modern design direction that translated her vision into the physical environment, using space planning, finishes, furnishings, and 3D visualization to create a practice that felt more intentional, welcoming, and reflective of her brand.
